Shrek Rehearsals Begin!

On the 22nd of April 2015, Year 5 found out their roles for their production (Shrek). Since then everyone has been rehearsing their humorous scrips and learning their lines. In four weeks time Year 5 will be on stage acting their hearts out in front of their families and teachers. The children are highly excited because a lot of them love acting and singing, especially on stage with everyone cheering them on.   Written by, Ben Flynn

Year 6 got put into two separate groups: the number 19 or 20, with two Year 10 children showing us around. Also Fitz had organized a treasure hunt to help us learn our way about the big school! What we had to do was find our way to one of the classrooms plus in the classroom year 6 would do an activity. Once the task was finished year 6 got a sticker to put on their treasure map . Year 1 go to the Museum of Childhood Last Tuesday year one went to the Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green. They looked at old and new toys.   The toys they liked were, Lego, a robot, rocking horses and some puppets. In addition they got to sit on the rocking horses and they also played with the Lego.  There was a show on, where two ladies showed them teddy bears, and they put them in a timeline. Some children even got to hold the bears!   By Lucy McLaughlin
