Dear Parents, We have two pieces of news today that we hope you will find useful. One is for families who need help in finding a way to keep their children safe. It is published by the NSPCC and is available in the Parents Info Tab on our website. (or please use the NSPCC link below) The other is the opportunity to take part in a large scale study of internet use by children. This research is being carried out by the University of Essex. We hope it will add to the growing information held nationally about internet use, its benefits and hazards. (Please see our previous post.)

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. We will also ask your child's teacher to provide a brief assessment of her/his behaviour at school.  Please use the below link to access the survey

Hi Everyone. I’m Miss Huang. I come from Shanghai, a local financial centre in China, on the East Coast. My hometown is Zhengzhou in Henan province which is in the centre east of China, where the Chinese civilisation begins. I’ve been teaching Mandarin Chinese and Chinese culture at Rayleigh Primary School since September 2015 and I’m really enjoying the adventure of teaching the children about China and Mandarin.
