This week, Year 6 were 'History detectives' and investigated who they believed to be,  to blame for the sinking of the Titanic. They looked at Primary and Secondary sources to decide. Click below to view more photographs.

All the children have to do is bring in a healthy snack at playtime (fruit or veg only) and place a counter in the fruit pots.  The Eco Rep then counts the counters at the end of the week and the class with the most healthy snacks wins the award.  At the end of the year the class with the most healthy snacks receive a healthy food workshop and can create collages with healthy foods.  This weeks winners are 2CT with 84 healthy snacks. 

This Week School Award is presented for Neat Handwriting. Well done to all the nominees.

Year 5 had a Greek Day where we learnt about Greek food,  researched the city states, geography, their government and the Greek economy. We even held our own Olympic Games! Click here for more photographs

Reception- Bumblebees created a Winnie the Pooh display for  his 90th birthday this month.

Come and play a part in the Tempest !

Great news for sport at RPS! We have been awarded a Silver Medal from Sainsbury's School Games Mark for providing inclusive sporting opportunities for our pupils!

     We managed to raise £388.92p ! Thank you for all your cakes and for supporting this event.

The town council presentation evening for Rayleigh in Bloom took place last Thursday evening. The children from last year's year 2 collected our awards.

In Maths,  Year 2 have been learning how to partition numbers into tens and ones. In English, we  have been making up stories with actions which help us with our writing.​ Click below to view more photos.
