29/1/18 Year 6 vs Grovewood We played two matches today against Grovewood Primary School. During our first game, t he whole team played really well. Rayleigh Primary were winning all the way through until the last quarter.   Our defence was excellent and we were complemented by Grovewood in relation to our defensive skills.   This was a very close and fast paced match Unfortunately, we went down 6-5 but a great game well done! Year 6 vs Grovewood Our second game was a friendly against Grovewood, which we Lost 4-3 Another very close and well played match.   Unfortunately Rayleigh Primary had their equalising goal disallowed due to a player being offside, but all in all, another great performance

Parentalk is about helping mums and dads to do the best job they can. It is a space to talk about issues relating to parenting children under 11 years. it covers six topics: 'It's not just me'; 'Love them and let them know it'; 'It's good to talk'; 'Boundaries and battles'; 'Parenting with elastic' and 'Creating a sense of belonging'. The course will run on Thursday mornings from 22 nd  February to 29 th  March between 9.30 and 11.30am. It will be held in the Parish Centre behind Holy Trinity Church, Rayleigh. There is no cost for participating in the course. Although we are a church the course does not have Christian content. It is just about helping parents and demonstrating that we care. If you are interested in attending email Cara so she has an idea of numbers. Please see the above  poster / flyer for dates.
